María Novas Ferradás

María Novas Ferradás is a lecturer and guest researcher at the Chair of History of Architecture and Urban Planning at TU Delft and a doctoral researcher in History of Architecture and Architectural Theory at Universidad de Sevilla. She graduated as architect at the Universidade da Coruña in Galicia, Spain. In addition, Novas holds master’s degrees in Applied Research in Feminist Studies (Universitat Jaume I) and Urban Regeneration (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela). Novas has experience in publishing and editing peer-reviewed articles and books on how feminist movements have informed architecture, as well as teaching architectural history seminars and research and critical thinking courses at Dutch universities. She has been an invited lecturer at both international universities and institutions in the UK, Argentina, Spain, and Brazil.
