Konstantina Kalfa is a research associate at the School of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens and adjunct faculty at the Department of Art Theory and History of the Athens School of Fine Arts. Her research revolves around the study of architecture in postwar modernization and development, with a particular focus on informal housing practices and how these are intertwined with multiple types of politics and social conflicts. She is the author of the book Self-Sheltering, Now! The Invisible Side of the American Aid to Greece [in Greek] (Futura, 2019).
